Friday, February 25, 2011 - Similar to the Les Verges bottling of the same vintage, but maybe a bit more balanced and not at all bitter. Goes nicely with food, but it is, like the Les verges, a bit unfriendly on it's own. It will probably improve with more time in the bottle.
