Tuesday, January 7, 2020 - Just a gorgeous nose with aromas of apricot and orange preserves, sweet pineapple, vanilla pudding, ripe mango and honeysuckle. It's medium-bodied with voluptuous curves held together by slightly taunt acid, forming a luxurious mouthfeel. Flavors include mango, honeyed apricot, saline, lime zest, marzipan, vanilla bean and sweet apple. Not an abundance of depth on the finish, but it's a damn good wine that was worth the wait.
