Pleasant classic Cabernet Franc aromas, refined nose of tobacco, berry fruit, light spices and minerals. Classy in its flavors, complex, elegant, with notes of chocolate, vanilla & earth. Plenty of silky tannins. Medium finish. Can be enjoyed on its own or with delicate meat. Enjoyable, though I had higher expectations after having started knowing this wine with the 2004 Paleo.
