Wednesday, December 9, 2009 - The Salon's first lab (Mirabelle Restaurant Austin, Texas): Had dark fruit, earthiness, some tobacco, blackberry, cherry, even cranberrry fruit. Was balanced, big, and bold, a bit rustic but full-bodied and a mouthful - a favorite of the salon.
