Monday, May 24, 2010 - Wow! Paleo is always amazing. Starts with tobacco leaves, fresh herbs, a touch of wet earth, all together with ripe red fruit, a hint of sandalwood, a touch of vanilla. All perfectly balanced together with harmonious acidity. Tannins still there...this one has still a long life ahead.
