Saturday, April 6, 2019 - Splash decanter and poured, this played perfectly the role of middle of party, ready-to-drink, interesting and pleasurable to the sophisticateds and the couldn’t-care-lesses. Dense dark and lush; nothing like a Loire cab franc. The oak and fruit gave integrated with age into some lovely toffee notes. Great showing without demanding an ovation.
