Saturday, October 17, 2015 - Bottle #10 of 18. Firm still, even after 2 nights, and multiple hours open in glass. With coaxing, there are hints of beauty and superb complexity as per a high end 1er Cru, but this needs lots of time. Still not sure where 08 is going, but it's certainly hibernating still. My guess is this, and many other 08s will be profound, but no time soon. All about potential here, and glad I went long on 08.
