Monday, December 21, 2015 - Not much nose, but with a nice cherry-flavored palate with spice and some herbal notes. Once again, improves for the first couple of hours and then declines. Eventually becomes a bit syrupy, sweet and ponderous. I have yet to find an 08 Oregon pinot that I thought lived up to the vintage hype.
