Friday, January 20, 2012 - Great wine with a delicious golden apple entry with hints of pineapple, green apple, pear, apple blossoms and other delicate white flowers, wine had good balanced body with an amazing refreshing mineral finish. Went perfectly with morel mushroom chicken!
