Saturday, May 29, 2021 - Light golden with delicate persistent bead.
Nose nice brioche, pear and white peach.
Palate rich yet nice acidity, golden fruit, some apples, a mineral spine.

Very nice, has some of the power of a champagne like Krug, and simply delicious. Good value
