Sunday, October 3, 2010 - Opened up a little muddy. There was a fair bit of sediment, which I decanted as carefully as possible. Should have left it standing for a few days first. No matter, after an hour or so in the decanter, it was singing: black fruits, earth, and an herbal streak. Lovely stuff.
