Saturday, April 30, 2011 - Fragrant floral nose, meaty flavor. Brooding cherry-raspberry fruit and rhubarb, beef blood, with earthy undertones and cinammon oatmeal chocolate chip cookies on the finish. Juicy, not tart acids, make this an eminently drinkable food wine.
