I opened it a couple of hours in advance and let it breathe in the bottle. Great minerality and the spiciness of the syrah really comes forth. Very well balanced - smooth and long. I thought tonight that this was excellent for the $20 spent and if my experience from the past year and a half is accurate, it is still on an upward trajectory. I can now declare it a Garagiste winner and I wish I had more.
