Tuesday, December 2, 2014 - If only all cabernet sauvignons could be this good. One of the finest wines I've ever had. Out of the bottle, the deep burgundy, purple ink color is enticing. On the nose, it presents a touch of light oak and a blast of ripe dark berries, mainly blackberries. Smooth, silky mouth feel, followed by a touch of tannin, and powerful juicy dark berries that make you salivate. Chocolate and eucalyptus mingle with the berries. Very long finish that keeps you salivating. This is a rare experience that makes you want to come back for more!
