Friday, August 15, 2014 - Opened at Salt with Allred, VM and our wives to celebrate our 27th anniversary. This was opened and decanted for about three hours by the time we got to the restaurant and starting drinking it. Any worries about this being gone with an early decant were for naught. Black fruits, cigar box, cedar and leather on the nose and palate. A real treat, and made even better by the company.
