Saturday, November 14, 2015 - NEEDS at least an hour in a decanter, two hours are better. Opens up to a lush and classic California Cabernet with boatloads of cherries, nicely layered anise and cedar, in a bright and palate soaking draught. The flavors are complex, deep, and bright with fresh acidity. There is some bricking in the color, but it remains dark and this Dunn has a good long life ahead of it.

Note: The cork was soft and broke in several places, requiring filtered decanting for the many crumbs that fell into the bottle.
