Saturday, November 28, 2020 - Decanted for sediment and returned to bottle. Absolutely the essence of the variety, place and moment(s) in time. Med/Med+ body, fresh and suave in a mature, pure way. Rather a long finish, and a level of complexity that would put many Brunello wines to shame for their over-oaked/worked tendencies. Some really lovely brown spice meets tobacco thing that I just adore. I doubt it's getting better, so even if it's not in danger of immediate decline, you really should open one. Or more. highly recommended
