Monday, July 12, 2010 - Needs more time. Tight and sour after a half-hour decant but opened a bit with time in the glass. Light to medium bodied. Sour cherry dominates the palate with some peppery spice on the midpalate. A little disjointed, and very acidic. Has decent stuffing but it hasn't quite come together yet.
