Tuesday, October 29, 2019 - Cellared since release, perfect cork and fill. Pale yellow/gold. Yeast, fresh baked bread, apple, wet stone minerality on the nose. Just a hint of aged oxidation. Nice mousse, full body, bigger than the last bottle in 2013. Great balance, minerally acidity, apple and earthy notes on the palate. Long finish. This is still young and should improve as it develops more aged complexity with a few more years in the cellar.
