Wednesday, January 27, 2010 - Very pretty earthy nose with underbrush, truffles and just a touch of bretty sweat note supporting the black cherry fruit. The palate is fresh, dense, with fine ripe tannins (rare in 2006), elegant and well-integrated oak, fine mineral spine, a little bit of heat with liqueur connotations on the finish. Will age well. - 90 points
