Friday, April 21, 2023 - Med salmon. Faint citrus and cut grass on the nose.
In the mouth, a punch of zesty citrus, lime and lime pith, with raspberry. Beautiful mouthfeel as bright acidity and creamy playful bubbles give way to a short tannic squeeze, followed by a slick, salty finish. Balance and expression is wonderful, this is a delight to drink.
