Tuesday, May 16, 2023 - Alas the ‘real world’ does not want to drink champagne all the time with everything but at least tonight we started with a sipper. Nothing really different to my previous notes but I just quite enjoyed it as it was maybe my first bottle of champagne since I got back from my trip. Lots of fruit. Drank well. Went fast as champagne so often does. Easy to like even if I do think value isn’t totally there.
