Sunday, September 24, 2023 - My second note on this champagne. it's a no-brainer, well made, versatile on many kinds of food, from grilled shrimps/scampi to roasted chicken or a camembert cheese!
Among the NV rosé (and excluding the "rosé de saignée"), it's a good pick, alongside the Billecart-Salmon
