Sunday, December 31, 2023 - NYE 2023: Beautiful salmon and rose gold color. Nose shows off buttered toast and popcorn at first; saline and sea spray later. On the palate sea shell, orange rind. It is creamy on the mid-palate before developing into a very dry and crisp finish. Very nice.
