Gently opening the bottle waiting for that slightest sound of a psscht revealing there”s still pressure left and raising the expectations for this almost 40 years old bottle. Deep blood orange colour with a gentle stream of bubbles rising in the glass showing baked bread and blood oranges at first. And with time in the glass it shows a lovely creamy note and then some burnt sugar in a delicious way. Smoothing orange citrus acidity combined with minerals and a creamy mid before the orange juicy finish takes over.
(Still showing a delicious effervescence and in a very refreshing style with almost 40 years extra cellaring)
