Monday, June 20, 2011 - Champagne tasting with Toralf Bølgen (Gamle Logen, Oslo, Norway): (48-72 hours maceration).
Pink. Pure aroma, wild strawberries, a bit sweet.
Very rich style. A bit too high dosage for my taste.
