Monday, September 26, 2011 - 2011 Masters of Wine Champagne Tasting (San Francisco, CA): Light pink color. Tart and sweet strawberry and floral aromas. Medium-full bodied creamy strawberry with a faint spiciness. Medium length finish. Overall, a very enjoyable non-vintage rosé, though a little too lean and sweet for my tastes.
