Thursday, March 3, 2005 - We ordered a few bottles of this during our vacation. This Rose had a relatively deep red color and quite a bit of red fruit on both the nose and palate. Clean and well-made. Very nice, though I slightly prefered the style of the N/V Billecart-Salmon Rose (see TN) we had at the same restaurant, as it was a little less fruit-driven and more complex with finer acidity.
