This Rosé Brut has a very vibrant pink , salmon orange color.
One the nose one gets aromas of red cherry, some hints of strawberry, pomegranate.
In the mouth, it shines best on the front palate. with great red fruits, zippy acidity, carrying over to the mid palate, with
a nice creaminess that coasts the tongue. The finish is a a bit short, & a tiny bit biting, I believe that may change with some cellar time.

Overall, an excellent bottle.
