Wednesday, December 25, 2013 - Salmon/rusty colour. Fine persistent bead. Nose offers up small red fruits, spice and brioche. On palate creamy mousse. Again flavours of cherries, strawberries. Quite rich with nice acidity. Longish dry finish.
