Sunday, April 5, 2015 - Entirely spectacular. Gorgeous in the glass, with a glowing copper-pink color and vigorous effervescence. The nose yields spring flowers and autumn cakes. The palate is exemplary, blending summer fruit and winter wassail. This is a wine of for all seasons. For Easter dinner, including rack of lamb, asparagus and mashed cauliflower, this was an ideal accompaniment. Though the bottle itself is a memorable masterpiece, the Champagne is the star. I only wish I had bought more when I had the chance.

4/5/2015 7:00:00 PM - Count me in as a fan of how this rose is made. A much better companion for heartier fare, especially lamb. Other rose are nice but not really meant fr the same pairings. Perhaps they would be okay with salmon, but this is fine with gamey meats which says a lot.
