Thursday, October 15, 2015 - Mid salmon colour with an excellent, fine bubble stream. Good nose, with good pinot noir red fruit character. On the attack, there's a certain richness of flavour, though in the mouth there's not really any sense of sweetness. Good balance, pretty elegant and very drinkable.
