Monday, February 13, 2017 - Dry, effervescent, and long, this shows a salmon orange appearance and brims with peach, lime, and white raspberry aromas over notes of yeast, biscuits, and cream. Complex, structured and layered, and very full in the mouth. Sports a tiny, active bead, creamy mouthfeel, juicy acidity, and cherries on the vigorous finish. Lovely.
