Friday, April 7, 2017 - wonderful salmon color in the baloon. At the nose some aromatic notes, palate consistent with balanced minerality and a cascade of strawberries. At 12-13 Celsius pinot noir characters emerge clearly at the palate with typical scents and aftertaste.
All in all very nice although a little bit short on expectations.
Best paired with a risotto with black truffles and shrimps. PD agrees across the night
