Saturday, June 30, 2018 - Dark cherry colour. Evolved aromas of ripe wild strawberries, dough and some l/forest floor. providing. very good depth. Palate was fresher. Tiny bubbles. Good balance but lacking some backbone and tension. A quite serious rose champagne. 90p
