Saturday, July 14, 2018 - PnP. One of the best bottles of this wine that we've experienced in a while. A beautiful clear pink color, with very fresh red berry aromas. On the palate the wine presents a dry, creamy mousse, with plenty of fresh, juicy strawberry, and touches of raspberry, cherry, minerality and faint brioche. All in all, a fresh, lively, festive, rose champagne.
Still looking for someone who can help us determine the disgorgement date.
