Saturday, August 4, 2018 - Plan was to cellar 4 bottles to see development over 4-6 years, but only 14 months later three of them are already gone. I find them quite delicious, with freshness and vibrancy but also providing a developed, vinous feel. I guess my project is dead so I might as well drink the up the last bottle. 90-91p
