Sunday, April 21, 2019 - Opened to celebrate Easter, lots of tiny bubbles formed a lovely mousse, bright, blushing pink color, nose of sweet and sour fruit, red cherry, boysenberry, slate, and spring flowers, same on the palate, big body, very tasty, very fresh, rich fruit, elegant, complex, and a long finish.
