Lovely copper red colour with an endless stream of very fine bubbles. Maturing nose showing hazelnuts, baked bread and minerals combined with a touch of mandarin zest and dark chocolate in a very pleasant way. Smoother acidity with mandarin citrus notes on the palate at first and opens up with a rounder mid before the nice and structured lengthy finish showing a nice citrus zest bitterness in a very pleasant way. With a decade and a half extra in my cellar this bottle has evolved extremely well and should keep well for many more years to come..
Best with 5-20 years of extra cellaring

But also by know disgorgement and knowing how long the producer keeps the cuvée on the lees makes it possible to count backwards. But for bottles I have bought from original release I have always asked of these information and kept with my cellar information for each buy.
