Friday, July 24, 2020 - Best rose champ that I have had in a while. Aged about a year in cellar after purchase. Great strawberry notes that I am partial to. Drank outside at a nice dinner in the heat. Only gripe was that it lost its bubbles fairly quickly. That could have been due to the heat though
