Sunday, July 19, 2020 - (Disgorged in spring of 2017, base year 2012, 100% Pinot Noir, dosage 9 gr/l)
Youthful nose showing wild strawberries and cream in a very delicious and seductive way. The wild strawberries come back together with red apples on the lovely maturing palate with a nice grapefruit zest on the lengthy finish. This is good, but will become even better if given some more time in the cellar..
(Best with 4-12 years extra cellaring)
