Sunday, January 3, 2021 - Salmon-pink colour. Nice tight bead without being overly fizzy. A well-balanced and full-bodied Rose Champagne with ripe strawberry flavours, and hint of vanilla, and a long, creamy finish. Beautiful pre-dinner champagne.
