Saturday, May 2, 2020 - (Disgorged in spring of 2000, base year 1995)
Blood orange colour with an endless stream of very fine bubbles. Maturing nose showing burnt sugar, cream and a touch of caramelised vanilla on the lovely nose. Smooth acidity with red berries on the palate combined with a creamy mid showing oranges and a nice and lengthy finish filled with orange zest bitterness in a delicious way. Perfect together with grilled fillet of lamb and potatoes tonight!
