Monday, October 11, 2021 - Medium pink color. Not overly expressive on the nose but shows a bit of strawberry and citrus with a slight hint of yeast and toast. Similar flavors on the palate but more refined than exuberant in terms of fruit. Shows a bit more barrel than fruit for me. Good acidity with a clean finish. Very nice rose champagne but for the price, there are a few others I would prefer to drink.
