Thursday, November 25, 2021 - Lots of very pretty strawberry notes on the nose along with red cherry, rose and a light toast note as it warms slightly. Medium bodied (12% ABV) with a well balanced mix of deeper red cherry and prominent strawberry both upfront and through the middle. The mid-body shows impressive roundness and density that really allows the fruit to shine. Nice tart notes and acidity provide structure on the backside and through the finish. Balance between fruit and tart notes and overall integration where the highpoints here. This wine is in a great spot right now and should drink well over the next few years. I'll certainly need to add some to my cellar for current drinking.
