Friday, December 31, 2021 - NYE 2021 (our place): Brought by BC. Mid depth of colour - salmon/strawberry pink with a copper tinge. The nose is dominated by red fruits - strawberries, raspberries and cherries. Bright and fresh. Palate: mid weight. Nice acidity for a PN based champagne. Good creamy mouthfeel. Well proportioned and a refined mousse. A reliable, quality and good value rosé champagne.
