We allowed this bottle to slo-ox for about 10 minutes, but the red fruits were a bit muted, and the mousse was a bit crunchy (rather than creamy). There was some improvement in the wine as we celebrated the end of 2021 (more than the beginning of 2022), but this bottle never reached the heights of some previous bottles. We continue to consider this as our go-to rosé champagne but are getting concerned about the wide bottle variation that we, and others, seem to have been experiencing.
