Saturday, August 20, 2022 - Ripe on the nose, almost tropical - pineapple, blood orange, lemon sherbert. Almost Moscato like. Quite different on the palate - green fruits, some strawberry, and a load of autolysis notes. All is in order, plenty of crisp acidity, medium finish, but not much complexity.

9/5/2022 7:35:00 AM - Yeah, you said it better than I could even begin to think of. Um...it left me puzzling about what the wine was all about. Whereas I was head over heels with the Bollinger rose, which had a rose experience that made sense
