I don’t think this will improve with age but I don’t think it could have ever shown better any younger. This is the time to drink this gorgeous, fresh red and black fruit showing wine. Stunningly perfect pairing with grilled grass fed bone-in sirloins,wild rice, and grilled Swiss chard with olive oil and oregano dressing.
