Friday, October 10, 2008 - No decant so initially muted on nose and palate; after 20-30 min really began to open up with beautiful deep black fruit and licorice on nose and structured palate. Very well balanced wine; no alcoholic heat or overbearing american oak. Drinking well now but will be interesting to see how it ages. Really like Ben Glaetzer's wines.
